Clinic: inapetență, scădere în greutate, epigastralgii.
Barium Contrast Radiography: large crater which erodes into
a mass within the gastric wall on the lesser curvature.
Tranzit baritat: nișă gigantă încastrată la nivelul
micii curburi gastrice.
Intraoperative Photograph (operation - palliative
total gastrectomy): after separing the lesser curvature from the liver,
we found a gap within the gastric wall.
Aspect intraoperator (gastrectomie totală paleativă): după
desprinderea micii curburi de ficat se observă o lipsă de substanță din
peretele gastric.
